Leadership Training Internships

Job description + Company Overview

Interns will learn to use experiential training techniques and expert content to deliver an exceptional leadership development experience to students across the country.

Requirements

  • Junior status or higher from a regionally accredited college or university

  • 2.8 GPA or higher

  • Must be available to travel between end of May through through the end of June 2019 (including weekends)

  • Demonstrated leadership experience

  • Ability to work well in groups and alone

  • Mobility: Run short distances, lift 30 lbs, be on your feet for as long as 8 hours

  • Previous public speaking or facilitation experience preferred but not required


Job overview

  • End of May through June commitment

  • Travel domestically for program facilitation

  • Facilitate interactive leadership programs for student groups as small as 5 and as large as 200, 6th - 12th grade

  • Interact with clients and students in a professional manner

  • Set-up, prep and take down materials for programs

  • Work indoors and outdoors

  • Develop content and create interactive leadership activities
